J. Dale Thompson. Mr. Thompson is a Senior Vice President at the Johnstown, PA office and oversees the management of the office. Mr. Thompson has been with American Mining Insurance Company since July 1991. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Thompson spent 5 years working for Gay & Taylor as a claims adjuster. Mr. Thompson obtained a paralegal certificate from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Jonathan W. Flower. Mr. Flower is Vice President, Claims at American Mining Insurance Company and is responsible for overseeing  the Company's occupational disease claims. Mr. Flower has been with the Company since September 1996. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Flower spent 15 years working for Rockwood Insurance Company holding various positions. Mr. Flower is a graduate of Westminster College with a B.A. degree in Political Science.

Michael Stanley joined American Mining Insurance Company January 2001 as a senior claims representative. He has over twenty years experience handling claims. He started with Rockwood Insurance Co. handling auto BI and PD, commercial property and casualty BI and PD and property loss claims. He continued with Rockwood as a workers compensation adjuster and supervisor, which duties included training and supervising new adjusters.

Kimberly Edsall joined American Mining Insurance Company on June 1996 as a Claim Representative. She has eighteen years experience handling claims. She has earned AIC and CCLA designations. Prior to working for AMIC, Kim was an adjuster for Anthem Casualty Insurance Company handling homeowners and auto liability claims. In February 2000, Kim was promoted to Senior Claim Representative and in 2004, was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager. In 2008, she was promoted to Branch Manager. At AMIC, her main focus is on handling general liability, auto and pollution claims in the states of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Ohio, Maryland and Virginia. She has also handled workers' compensation claims. Kim has served as President of Tri-County Claims Association as well as holding the position of State Representative for the PA Claims Association for five years.
